“ I meant to write this last week. But had a lasting memory w my families experience. Ruby's North Augusta, SC! It was GREAT. Kaylee was AWESOME. She was bubbly and very accommodating. Made us laugh and a breath of fresh air. I am 62, and told her that her parents raised her well. She made us feel welcomed and she was a star waitress. IAN- MGR. came out afterwards, and was equally kind, and made us feel happy about our experience, as well. I have been going to Ruby's across America for decades. This was our BEST experience, and I hope they will be recognized for how well they are representing your company. See ya soon! “ Great food, huge portions, nice atmosphere. Server was Brennon Boyd! I asked for suggestions and he offered up great recommendations. He made me laugh and I enjoyed the food, didn’t have to search for him for napkins or drink refills. Brennon stayed on top of everything! I’d return just for his server alone! “ Our waitress, was very sweet, funny, understanding and appreciative. My grandmother has a certain problem with soy bean oil, so our waitress made sure the cook didn’t mix the oil or anything with her order. She even bought my grandmother a cheesecake for her birthday! I would love to come back and see her. ”
